On The Touchline provides:

• Differential Analyser: Data-driven insights into player ownership, form, fixtures, and differential potential with the proprietary Touchline Score
• Decision Engine: Guided decision flows including head-to-head player comparisons and strategy-based picks (Protect, Climb, Chase) to support your weekly FPL transfers
• FPL Transfer Trends: Real-time tracking of ownership movement, momentum risers and fallers, and elite ownership changes across the FPL landscape
• Decision Library (Pro): A personal record of your FPL decisions to track, review, and improve your decision-making process over time
• Blog & Gameweek Picks: Weekly data-driven differential analysis and gameweek recommendations

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access premium features, you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Use License and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use On The Touchline for:

• Personal, non-commercial Fantasy Premier League decision-making
• Research and analysis for your own FPL teams
• Educational purposes related to football analytics

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our algorithms
• Share premium content or insights with non-subscribers
• Create automated systems to access our service
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers

5. Fantasy Premier League Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: On The Touchline provides analysis and insights for entertainment purposes only. We are not affiliated with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football clubs.

• All predictions and recommendations are algorithmic estimations, not guarantees
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Player injuries, transfers, and form changes cannot be predicted with certainty
• Users should always consider multiple sources before making FPL decisions

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

7. Pro Subscription and Billing

On The Touchline offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro unlocks advanced features including full Transfer Trends access, Decision Library, and enhanced analytics. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

8. User-Generated Content

When you submit feedback, comments, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use it for service improvement
• Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:
